Description
Surgical Technologist – Reno, NV
Shift: 4x10-hour days, Monday–Friday, 0630 start (days assigned on arrival based on unit need)
Call: Required, 10 call shifts per month including weekends
Guaranteed hours: 40/week
- Minimum 3 years of operating room experience
- Specialties required: ENT, general, GYN, neuro/crani/spine, ortho, urology, vascular, and robotics
- Certifications: CST (NBSTSA) and BLS
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
- Submission must include application/resume showing work experience
- Maximum 5 submissions per supplier
Role
- Plans and prepares for surgical procedures and assists the surgeon
- Sterilizes surgical equipment and assembles scheduled and emergency case carts
