Facility Name: Franciscan Health Lafayette East

• Specialty: Operating Room
• Shift Hours: 7a-5p (4 10 hour shifts 7-1730) M-F rotating day off
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Shift Hours: on call rotation on call rotation including Holiday on call rotation

• Call Requirements: Weekend and Weekday night and overnight call including holidays requirements

• Required Certifications: CST
• Years of Experience: 3+
• Float Requirements: None
