Position: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
Facility: Temple University Hospital
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Contract: 12 Weeks
Start Date: 11/09/2026
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour nights
Hours: 36 hours/week
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
- Pennsylvania RN License: Required
- BLS: Required
- NIHSS: Required
- ACLS: Preferred
- TNCC: Preferred
- Epic: Strong proficiency required
- New Graduates: Not accepted
Pay Package:
WEEKLY GROSS: $2,409.00
WEEKLY TAXABLE: $540.00
WEEKLY NON-TAXABLE: $1,869.00
Local Pay: $54/hr
Additional Details:
- Every other weekend required
- Float to all inpatient Med/Surg units, step-down units, and the ED for Med/Surg holds
- May float to Temple Women’s and Families, with orientation provided
- Standard Med/Surg nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, subject to acuity and staffing
- No on-call requirement
- Agency staff are not scheduled on holidays but must be available to work surrounding days
- RTO limited to 5 days; 5 consecutive days may be added to the end of the contract
- Virtual interview process with potential auto-offer
- Bi-weekly pay
