100 miles radius rule
Position / Specialty: NICU RN
Years of experience REQ: 2 years *level 3* NICU Required
Patient Ratios: 1:3 is typical/norm. Occasional 1:4 during surge periods only
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
Weekend REQ: 12 shifts per contract
Certs REQ: BCLS, NRP
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Peds ICU, Level II NICU & MBU
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No locals within 100 miles
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes
RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval.
Patient Diagnoses: Neonate <23 weeks; Neonate <23-28 weeks; Neonate <29-32 weeks; Neonate >32 weeks; Full Term Newborn
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Mixed acuity unit; Must be able to care for Level 4 NICU acuity and willing to float to Pediatric ICU. Must be proficient with IV vasopressors, High Frequency Ventilation, High Flow NC, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Ventilator management
