We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Unity, New Hampshire. This opportunity is a great fit for a PT who enjoys post-acute rehabilitation, working with adult and geriatric patients, and helping improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

This role comes with a 40-hour weekly guarantee and a $2,000 quick-start bonus for qualifying candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and mobility interventions.
• Help patients improve strength, endurance, safety, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, OT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
