Required Skills:

Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification at Provider Level BLS
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Education verification confirming nursing qualification
Skilled in administering medications, treatments, and following nursing protocols
Capable of developing personalized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Strong documentation skills aligned with standards of care
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on patient safety and experience

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in outpatient dialysis or nephrology nursing
Prior involvement in performance improvement initiatives
Knowledge of chronic kidney disease (CKD) management

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN preferred)
Prior nursing experience in dialysis, nephrology, or a similar outpatient setting

Other Requirements:

Must have current Wisconsin RN license
Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to adapt to various shift schedules as needed
Physical ability to support patient mobility and perform clinical duties
