Travel RN – Case Management
Facility: Christian Hospital Location: St. Louis, Missouri Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, some Saturdays Contract: 12 weeks Experience: 2–3 years in Case Management Certifications: RN License, BLS Travel Experience: Required Local Radius: Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility First-Time Travelers: Accepted EMR: Epic Patient Population: Adults needing home health setup and discharge assistance
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, typing, and Epic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, needs assessments, DME orders, and prior authorizations.
- Knowledge of medical necessity, DRGs, appeals and denials, and pre-certification reviews.
- Flu vaccine required; medical or religious exemptions accepted.
- COVID-19 vaccine not required.
