REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Position: RN – Acute Care Case Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- Must have Acute Care Case Management experience in California – HARD STOP.
- Kaiser experience is excluded from the qualifying California acute case management experience.
- Outpatient Case Management, Home Health Case Management, and Health Plan Case Management experience will not satisfy the requirement.
- Must have experience working in a hospital-based acute care environment.
SCHEDULE
- Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday.
- Shift pattern: 5 × 8-hour shifts.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Note: BLS, ACM, and CCM
LICENSE
- Active California RN License – Required.
