RN Case Manager / Care Coordination – Acute Care

Shift: 8-hour days
Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW); first to float
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks

Requirements:

Prior experience with California Dignity Health / CommonSpirit is mandatory
Strong Care Coordination experience required
Active California RN license required at submission
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS required
Cerner charting experience

Additional Details:

BSN not required
First to float as needed
Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment
