Job Title: Pharmacist

Facility Type/Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Facility/Location: Not specified

Shift & Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours; start times at 11:00 AM or 2:30 PM

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

Pharmacist license required for submission
BLS certification required
BSN not required
Cerner charting system experience

Responsibilities:

Review and process medication orders.
Verify medication accuracy and safety.
Support medication dispensing and pharmaceutical care in an acute care setting.
Document medication-related activities in Cerner.
