Description

Position: Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Stroke/Neuro)
Facility: NorthShore Evanston Hospital
Location: Evanston, IL
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 11/22/2026
Shift: Day Shift – 12 hours
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend
Hours: Based on the 12-hour schedule

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Stroke/Neuro nursing experience
Travel nursing experience required
Active Illinois RN license
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Must pass the EKG test during the first day of orientation
Floating to similar units at other NorthShore facilities may be required
Holiday coverage as needed
No on-call requirement
Credentials must be completed by the Thursday before the start date

Pay Package – Travel:

WEEKLY GROSS: $2,102.00

WEEKLY TAXABLE: $576.00

WEEKLY NON-TAXABLE: $1,526.00

Local Pay: $51/hour
