Requirements

• CLIENT PREFERS TRAVELER HOUSING WITHIN 50 MILES AND 45-60 MIN OR LESS COMMUTE FROM TOR OFFICE (165 Tor Ct, Pittsfield, MA 01201).  THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE A CANDIDATE'S PERM RESIDENCE (will not consider candidate whose perm residence is within 50 miles of facility)
• One year acute nursing care [required], hospital based preferred.
• Experience in home health [Required]
• Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS [Highly Preferred]
• Infusion Therapy Experience [Preferred]
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice.
• Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance.
• Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
• History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments.
• Current Driver License (and insurance) [Required]
• In order to effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement.
• Traveler perm address must be included in profile
