Job Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Pharmacist license in Missouri
  • Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
  • Pharmacist experience within the last year
  • Experience working with Geriatric patients
  • Experience working with Pediatric patients
  • Dosing: Anticoagulation therapy
  • Dosing: High-alert medication
  • Dosing: Pharmacokinetic dosing
  • Dosing: Renal dosing
  • Dosing: Warfarin dosing
  • Intravenous Preparation: Antibiotics
  • Intravenous Preparation: Compounding
  • Pharmacotherapy Management for Cardiovascular conditions
