Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in Missouri
- Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- Experience working with Geriatric patients
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Dosing: Anticoagulation therapy
- Dosing: High-alert medication
- Dosing: Pharmacokinetic dosing
- Dosing: Renal dosing
- Dosing: Warfarin dosing
- Intravenous Preparation: Antibiotics
- Intravenous Preparation: Compounding
- Pharmacotherapy Management for Cardiovascular conditions
