Shift: Weekend Day Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Job Summary

Seeking a CT Technologist for weekend day shifts. The role involves performing CT imaging procedures in a clinical setting.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Submission of a professional profile including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references.
• Completion and submission of various professional and compliance forms including:

  • Confidentiality and proprietary information agreement.
  • Conflict of interest disclosure.
  • Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
  • Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days.
  • Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start.
  • Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year.
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and locations.
  • System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
  • Code of conduct form signed and on file.
  • Standard I-9 verification completed by the agency.

Additional Information

• The agency will provide the Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.
• All required documents and verifications must be uploaded into the vendor management system prior to onboarding.
• This position requires weekend availability for the specified day shift hours.
