Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care primarily for spine surgery patients.
• Float to other areas within acuity as needed.
• Participate in surgical procedures support.
• Follow handoff procedures during codes, rapid response team events, or significant events near shift changes.
• Take assigned meal breaks; untaken meal breaks cannot be accumulated or compensated.
• No call requirement.
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
• Holiday work required.
• Overtime and incidental overtime are not authorized for travel RNs except in procedural areas with on-call or scheduled procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Delaware.
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience.
• Telemetry nursing experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Interview Process

• Voice Advantage interview required.
• Nurse Manager screening/interview required.

Note: Travel RNs must adhere to facility policies regarding overtime, meal breaks, and handoff communication.
