Location
Paducah, Kentucky
Schedule
- 3 days/week
- 12-hour night shifts
- 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM
- 36 hours/week
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in respiratory care
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in respiratory care
- Healthcare or customer service experience
- Limited permit/student respiratory license experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
- Provide medicated and non-medicated respiratory therapy
- Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation
- Perform airway management and assist with advanced specialty procedures
- Complete diagnostic testing and blood gas sampling
- Document patient care and communicate updates to the care team
- Clean, prepare, and maintain respiratory equipment and supplies
