Job Summary

Provide nursing care in an Interventional Radiology unit performing advanced procedures such as angiograms, stenting, embolization, thrombectomy, biopsies, and drainages.

Unit & Facility Highlights

Utilizes Meditech documentation system
Unit operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Equipped with advanced interventional radiology technology
Part of a full-service acute care center with comprehensive specialty services including cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, minimally-invasive surgery, women’s health, and wound therapy
Accredited Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center
Recognized for quality and specialty care by national organizations

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience, including experience within the last year
Experience with angiography, stenting, embolization, thrombectomy, biopsies, and drainages
Radiology experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
