Overview

Travel RN position in the Nephrology unit, which is an extension of the Med/Surg units.
1 opening
Nights, 7P-7A
36 guaranteed hours per week
Weekend policy requires at least 2 weekend shifts per month
No call
Float as needed per facility needs
13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Mexico
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg experience
Nephrology experience within the last year
1 year of Nephrology experience

Preferred Qualifications

Observation Unit experience
Charge Nurse experience
Nephrology experience

Unit Details

Nephrology/Med/Surg floor
24 beds
Patient ratio: 1:4 to 1:6
Patient population: Geriatric and Adults

Additional Information

Common diagnoses/treatments include ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Hemodialysis
Equipment includes VS machine, Bladder Scanner, Lifts, Thermal Imaging, and IV pumps/tubes
