Physical Therapist Travel Position - Indiana

Job Details

Location: East Chicago, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: April 19, 2026
Employment Type: Travel
Facility Setting: CARF accredited Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) within a hospital
Number of Beds: 20 (typically filling 16 beds)
Reason for Opening: Contractor replacement
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Minimum one Saturday per month required
- Additional weekday off to maintain a 40-hour workweek
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
Dress Code: Caribbean Green scrubs
Parking: Free parking available at north entrance
Floating: May be required to float to other units including other ARUs and Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities nearby
