Overview

Travel RN position in Alexandria, Louisiana
Full-time night shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
36 or 48 hours per week guarantees available
Temp-to-perm is a possibility
No call
Required to float when needed
Every other weekend required

Patient Population / Unit Focus

Patients include MI, CHF, arrhythmias, PVD, and some med-surg overflow
Unit manages cardiac drips

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association

Experience

1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred

Additional Notes

Overtime is not billable until after 48 hours
Dress code: ceil blue scrubs
New hires must complete orientation and competency validation within the first 30 days
