Physical Therapist

Overview

• Outpatient physical therapy role
• Preference for a therapist willing to take occasional hospital shifts
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10-hour days
• Contract length: 27 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Housing

• Shared housing provided at no cost

Onboarding / Compliance

• Resume with the past 7 years of work experience
• 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skill set
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification
• MGB FEMA ICS 100 training
• MGB Nantucket housing agreement, if staying in housing
• MGB confirmation of assignment/POI form
• MGB education verification
• MGB SSN trace
• MGB criminal background check
• MGB Massachusetts CORI
• MGB national sex offender check
• MGB exclusion checks
• Fit test and respirator medical clearance attestation, if required for the skill
• Color vision screening
• MMR documentation or immunity proof
• TB screening documentation
• Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
• Beeline attestation
