MRI Technologist

Location: Petoskey, Michigan
Employment Type: Temp
Shift: Days
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

2+ years of MRI Technologist experience
MRI Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Geriatric patients

Job Responsibilities

Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies
Obtain patient history, explain standard procedures, and address patient concerns
Operate and maintain assigned ultrasound scanning equipment
Position patients, select transducers and machine settings, and conduct scanning procedures
Complete quality assurance processes and follow radiation safety practices
Maintain required documentation, logs, charts, forms, and records
Maintain adequate supplies of consumables
Perform routine equipment maintenance and function checks
Assist other areas of radiology as assigned

Additional Notes

Travel experience is preferred
Royal blue or red scrubs are required
