Overview

Travel/contract role in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
Every other weekend
13-week contract
Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 4:1 or 5:1, depending on assignment area
Locals considered within a 60-mile radius

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
TNCC
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Experience with Epic
Successful completion of Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening, including fingerprint-based state and federal criminal history checks, abuse registry review, and screening for disqualifying offenses
Florida AHCA fingerprint clearance on file prior to start
Negative TB or chest X-ray documentation
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
Annual fit test with approved mask requirements
