Job Overview
- Contract assignment in Newport, Vermont
- Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- 32 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Vermont
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Home Health (2 years of experience)
- Home Health experience within the last year
- Hospice experience
- Experience with OASIS
- BLS
- Driver's License
Work Setting / Responsibilities
- Travel between patients’ homes for visits
- Outpatient care
- Must be able to adapt to schedule changes
Schedule Details
- Some weekend coverage required
- Some emergency-only call may be scheduled
