Role Summary

Provides comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services
Serves patients across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric populations
May provide direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments
May support specialized pharmacy-based clinics and clinic operations

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
Valid Pharmacist license in Arizona
Pharmacist (3 years of experience)
Pharmacist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience in Supervisory roles

Additional Requirements

Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared before start

Other Information

Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks before start
COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted after a declination form is submitted
