Job Summary
Provides direct patient care on the unit, including assessments, treatments, admissions/transfers/discharges, patient and family education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- BLS
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Previous nursing experience

- Clear, respectful verbal and written communication
- Collaboration with care team members
- Ability to assess age-specific patient safety issues and implement appropriate safety devices
- Ability to use computer systems and applications or be trained on them
