Setting: Addiction recovery services, men’s residence
Schedule: Rotating days/evenings/weekends
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse license
BLS
CPI

Role Summary

Provides direct nursing care and maintains 24-hour accountability for client care quality.
Performs physical and mental health assessments, including vital signs, risk assessments, and withdrawal assessments as indicated.
Administers and monitors treatment regimens and prescribed medications.
Observes and reports behavioral changes.
Maintains control of drugs and medications.
Triage emergent medical issues and coordinates care with nursing staff, advanced practice providers, the medical director, and outside providers.
Documents care accurately and promptly.
