<h2>Common Duties</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Review medication orders for appropriateness of drug therapy, including assessment of dosage, dosage form, regimen, therapeutic duplication, and drug interactions.</li>
  <li>Provide pharmacokinetic assessments and anticoagulation dosing.</li>
  <li>Engage in pharmaceutical care through clinical services, including medication reconciliation and patient education on discharge medications.</li>
  <li>Oversee pharmaceutical compounding in compliance with USP regulatory guidelines (focus on USP 797 and USP 800).</li>
</ul>

<h2>Required Skills</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Proficiency in EPIC and experience with Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs).</li>
  <li>Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Scheduling and Shifts</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Shifts are 12 hours from 0630 to 1900, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, or 0800 to 1600.</li>
  <li>Some opportunity for self-scheduling available to promote work-life balance.</li>
  <li>Rotating weekends and holiday coverage is required.</li>
</ul>

<p>Employees are expected to wear scrubs or business casual attire.</p>
