Registered Nurse (ICU)

Location: Terre Haute, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts, 1900 - 0730)
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Job Details

Patient ratio typically 1:2, can increase up to 1:30
Unit size: 36 private beds (24 beds utilized)
Floating may be required, possibly to stepdown unit
Common patient diagnoses: respiratory, trauma, neurological, cardiac, renal, obstetrics
Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
Scrub color: Navy Blue
Weekend shifts: 3 per 4-week schedule (Nights on Friday and Saturday)
Self-scheduling for shifts

Required Qualifications

Must have critical care experience
Certifications required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Additional Information

12-hour shifts with a mix of days and nights available (days: 0700 - 1930; nights: 1900 - 0730)
