Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health

Location: Sunnyvale, California (Territory includes San Jose, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City, and nearby areas)

Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

  • Restore and maximize patient function through occupational therapy.
  • Facilitate activities of daily living after disabilities to prevent further functional restrictions.
  • Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs.
  • Perform duties consistent with skills and training aligned with the goals of home health care.

Schedule

  • Days, Monday to Friday
  • Flexible hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience
  • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year

Additional Information
