Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous nursing experience
- BSN
Job Summary
- Provides direct patient care on the unit, including nursing rounds, assessments, treatments, admission/transfer/discharge support, patient and family education, and care coordination
- Performs comprehensive assessment, documents ongoing assessment and response to care, delegates appropriately, and participates in quality improvement activities
