Role Overview

• Travel/Contract RN position in Labor and Delivery
• Location: Shakopee, Minnesota
• Shift: Night, 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Schedule options: 3x12 or 4x12 shifts
• Unit details: 17 rooms/beds
• Average daily census: 3 labors, 3–4 postpartum, 1–2 level 2 babies

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• IV start capability
• Triage skills

Additional Notes

• Physical exam within 12 months prior to start
• Tdap required for all candidates
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required
• Respiratory safety clearance required before start
• Background check and Minnesota DHS fingerprint clearance required before start
• References are not required for client clearance and will not delay the start date
