Registered Nurse (Operating Room)

Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Temp
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 8 hours per day

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of experience in Operating Room (OR)
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Operating Room Circulate skills checklist, current within 1 year
• Operating Room Scrub skills checklist, current within 1 year
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years
• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool)

Additional Job Details

• 10/12-hour shifts are not available; the assignment requires five 8-hour shifts
• Travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Requested time off must be included at submission and is limited to 5 days or fewer
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation
• Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred
• CNOR is preferred
