Location

• South Charleston, West Virginia

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Rotating weekends
• Rotating call

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification
• ARRT or NMTCB certification
• West Virginia state licensure
• Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTCB-NCT) verification
• Experience in nuclear medicine
• Ability to start IVs
• EKG skills
• Unexpired driver’s license copy must be included with submission

Job Details

• Day shift
• 40 hours per week
• No self-scheduling
• No floating to other areas
• Department orientation provided

Clinical Focus

• Cardiac studies
• HIDA scans
• Gastric emptying studies
• Lung scans
• Thyroid uptake studies
• Tilt studies

Work Environment

• 4 scanners/rooms
• Average volume: 12–15 scans/studies per day
• In-house radiologist
• Lead tech support available

Additional Notes

• Radiation badge must be provided by the traveler’s agency
• Scrubs are not provided
• Black scrubs required
• No embroidery
• No T-shirts
• Scrub jacket required if warmth is needed
• No Crocs with holes or backs out
