Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Breast Sonographer (1 year of experience)
- Breast Sonographer experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Onboarding Requirements
- Color badge photo taken within the past 6 months
- N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, with annual updates
- Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit testing is required for the role
- Documentation of MMR immunity or vaccination
- TB screening documentation within 3 months of start date
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
