CVOR Registered Nurse

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Atlanta, Georgia
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 23 weeks
• Charge RN role with additional compensation
• Weekend coverage: Friday through Sunday
• Call required, typically one weekday call each week and one weekend call every 5–6 weeks
• Floating required within facility/scope of practice
• Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• CVOR (2 years of experience)
• CVOR experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule Expectations

• Travelers are expected to work all holidays not included in contracted time off
• If major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work them according to the facility holiday policy

Compliance and Onboarding

• Background check must be complete before start
• Education verification required
• Physical exam required within 12 months of start
• TB clearance required
• TB questionnaire required
• Drug screen required
• Flu vaccination or declination required
• References required
• Skills checklist required
• Work history verification required
