Job Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day/evening schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
  • Every other weekend required
  • Holidays on rotation

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Wisconsin
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
  • Hematology / Oncology experience
  • Bone Marrow Transplant experience
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Experience with Epic

Schedule Notes

  • Day/evening shifts
  • 36 hours per week

Compliance / Onboarding

  • Wisconsin caregiver screening and BID form required
  • Background check required
  • E-Verify required
  • Employment application required
  • 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
  • Skills checklist required annually

Health Requirements

  • TB screening and TB questionnaire required
  • MMR immunity or vaccination documentation required
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation required
  • Hepatitis B documentation or declination required
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
  • Drug screening required
  • Physical exam required by Aya standard
  • Fit mask completed onsite
  • Tdap documentation required if working at American Family Children's Hospital

Testing / Training

  • Telemetry exam required
  • Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required
  • Pass/fail testing acknowledgement required for telemetry testing
  • Medication/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable
  • Competency exam required as applicable
