Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Spokane, Washington
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–07:00
- Floating between units is required
- Weekend shifts are required
- 48 hours per week are approved
- On-call is not required
- Block scheduling is not required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- BLS
- NRP
- EFM certification or completion of the fetal heart rate monitoring assessment exam
- NURSYS verification required for RNs
Clinical Experience Needed
- High-risk labor and delivery
- Antepartum
- Pre-eclampsia
- Diabetes
- Multiples
- VBAC/TOLAC
- Active management of laboring patients
- Induction and augmentation
- Maternal emergencies
Unit Details
- Expected ratios: Labor 1:2, Antepartum 1:3
- Teaching hospital
- Short-term acute care facility
- Level II trauma center
- Level II pediatric trauma center
- 629 staffed beds
