Ogden, Utah

Schedule

5x8 hour days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekends as needed with advanced notice
On call: No

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Utah
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Master's degree in occupational therapy

Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Previous IRF experience (Inpatient Rehabilitation)
QI credentialling
Certified Occupational Therapist through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Role Summary

Provides direct patient services including identifying, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating
Provides indirect services including consulting, advising, teaching, and training patients and caregivers
Assesses and evaluates patient condition according to physician order and current standards of practice
Provides treatment based on the established plan of care
Educates and trains patients and caregivers
May supervise and train students, COTAs, and Aides
