Required Qualifications

Valid California RN license
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
ACLS
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

CCRN certification
EPIC EMR experience

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination/booster or declination
MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
Influenza vaccine or declination
TB test within 1 year of start date
Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Tdap documentation or declination
Physical/health statement completed within 1 year of onboarding and stating clear to work
Driver’s license, state ID, or passport
Prime OIG screening
Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, minimum score 80%
