Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

Shift Details
- Night shift (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
- Approximately 36 hours per week
Job Description
- Primarily Labor & Delivery (80%) with some Maternal & Baby/Postpartum care (20%)
- Postpartum experience is required
- Weekend rotation/coverage to be discussed during interview; flexibility is important
- Minimal Return to Office (RTO) expected
- Backfill for Medical Intensive Care (MI) and Virtual Medicine (VM) units may be required
- Prior travel nursing experience is required; local candidates will not be considered
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
- Postpartum nursing experience
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
