Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Ambulatory Care (2 years of experience)
- Ambulatory Care experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred / Helpful Experience
- Experience with neurology, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular conditions, autism, and chronic/complex care
- Neuro/epilepsy experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Triaging and managing patient messaging and communication by phone and patient portal
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and modifying plans of care for assigned patients across the healthcare continuum
- Documenting in electronic medical records using clear, complete, concise, SBAR-compliant nursing documentation when appropriate
