CCU Registered Nurse

Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Bellevue, Washington
• 18-week assignment
• Day shift, 3x12 hours
• 36 hours per week
• No block schedules
• Up to 5 days of RTO allowed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• CCU - Coronary Care (2 years of experience)
• CCU - Coronary Care experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Open-heart surgery experience, including recovery of fresh post-operative cardiac surgery patients
• Experience with Epic
• Background check
• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number verification
• At least 2 satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year

Preferred

• Balloon pump, Impella, or similar device experience

Compliance / Health Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• Tdap vaccine or declination
• Flu vaccination or facility-specific declination
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start

Additional Notes

• Candidate must complete assigned modules after orientation
• Candidate must review and sign required facility documents
• Annual fraud, waste, and abuse training is required
• Annual competency testing is required
