Patient Population: All ages (geriatric, adult, pediatric)
Patient Ratios:
- ESI 1, 2, & Horizontal 3s – 4:1
- ESI Vertical 3s, 4, & 5 – 7:1
Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: MedHost

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Current certifications (must be valid prior to start):
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
Experience in Rapid Response nursing

Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
Scrub color: Any
Unacceptable attire: Casual wear or other facility-branded clothing
Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff

Year-round sunshine with access to outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, ATV riding, hunting, and horseback riding
Nearby attractions include White Sands National Park and Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks
