Job Details
- Position: CT Tech (Radiology)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: Mixed nights and weekends
- Location: CT Scan Unit, Ogden, Utah
- Unit Info:
- 223 beds in the hospital
- Radiology staff: 63 total
- Day shift CT Techs: 2 hospital, 1 FSER, 1 outpatient imaging
- Night shift CT Techs: 1 hospital, 1 FSER
- Equipment: GE CT scanners (two 128-slice, one 64-slice, one 16-slice)
- EMR Systems: Meditech, GE PACS
Typical Procedures
- CT Angiographies (CTA) head to toe
- Calcium scoring
- Stroke workups
- Low dose lung scans
- Pulmonary imaging
- Diagnostic imaging procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Utah
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT Certification in CT
- BLS Certification
- Ability to perform diagnostic X-rays
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong IV skills
- Experience with biopsies
- Pediatric imaging experience
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
