• City: Canby, MN

Assignment Details

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Primarily 12-hour night shifts (1800-0630), with one 8-hour shift
• Hours per week: Alternating between 44 hours one week and 36 hours the next (80 hours per pay period)
• Weekend coverage: Every other weekend
• Holiday coverage: Every other holiday
• Overtime: Available

Facility & Patient Population

• Facility size: 43 beds, two-story building
• Patient types: Primarily dementia patients
• EMR system: Matrix and paper flowsheets

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license required
• BLS Certification required
• LPNs may be utilized in place of RNs, but no IV care required for LPNs

Additional Information

• No on-call or call-back duties
• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
• Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using provided housing
• Weekend and holiday shifts rotate every other occurrence
