Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• Day shift
• 40 hours per week
• May include flexible hours, overtime, weekends, holidays, after-hours work, and floating to other areas or sites

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
• BLS
• Driver’s license must be submitted

Preferred Experience

• Previous direct patient care experience in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab settings
• Prior use of electronic medical records

Additional Notes

• Dry Needling Certification is only required if performing the dry needling function
• Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
• Radius limit: 60 miles
