Overview

• Travel contract in Oxnard, California
• 13 weeks
• 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• 2 full years of experience
• Active BLS
• California license

Preferred

• Swallow experience

Unit / Setting

• Unit: PT, OT, Speech
• May work inpatient or outpatient
• Inpatient areas may include general inpatient, rehab, OR, and sub-acute
• Outpatient areas include a free-standing clinic in Hueme and another outpatient clinic in Oxnard
• Patient populations may include ortho, neuro, peds, and lymphedema
• General inpatient diagnoses may include ortho, general medical, surgical, bariatrics, ICU, and cardiac
• Sub-acute patients may include vented and long-term patients

Schedule / Expectations

• Works either every Saturday or every Sunday
• Holidays are worked with permanent staff rotation, typically one major and one minor
• Floor orientation: 3 shifts

• Scrub color/uniform: polo provided; khakis or black pants
• Pharmacy: 24/7
• EMR: Cerner
