CT Tech - Radiology

Location: Oro Valley, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Provide timely diagnostic CT services to inpatients and outpatients under Radiologist direction and departmental protocols.
Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
Conduct routine diagnostic CT scans including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.
Required to float to sister facilities as needed.
Shift schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours each on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (Sat 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Mon 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM).
Scrubs of any color are acceptable.

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Arizona
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

Floating to other facilities is required.
