CT Tech Travel Opportunity - Florida

Location

Jacksonville, Florida
Facility: Emergency Department, 12-bed unit
Equipment: GE Tempo, GE Maxima CT, AMX
Documentation Systems: Meditech, GE Centricity PACS

Position Details

Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit Staffing: 1 CT Tech per shift
Floating Policy: Allowed to pick up extra shifts at other FSEDs or hospital locations

Job Responsibilities

Perform all CT and X-ray exams, including CT post-processing
Advanced skills required for CT imaging of stroke patients
Provide professional and empathic patient interactions

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
BLS certification
Experience as an X-Ray Technician
