CT Tech Travel Opportunity - Florida
Location
- Jacksonville, Florida
- Facility: Emergency Department, 12-bed unit
- Equipment: GE Tempo, GE Maxima CT, AMX
- Documentation Systems: Meditech, GE Centricity PACS
Position Details
- Employment Type: Travel
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36
- Unit Staffing: 1 CT Tech per shift
- Floating Policy: Allowed to pick up extra shifts at other FSEDs or hospital locations
Job Responsibilities
- Perform all CT and X-ray exams, including CT post-processing
- Advanced skills required for CT imaging of stroke patients
- Provide professional and empathic patient interactions
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
- BLS certification
- Experience as an X-Ray Technician
